At Chidiyaa Summer Sale 2026, we want you to love your handcrafted summer pieces, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags intact to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Chidiyaa tags, labels, and invoice slips are included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
